About Olive Oil!

I'd like to know how good olive oil is.

Myself and my wife had a matter about this issue. I seem to think it’s good for cook all of our food in olive oil. However my wife thinks it’s the best oil out there to use. And it must still be bad for you. No oil is best.

We are looking for good advice.

As a general information that I know about yours, all - not almost but all- Plant-oils have the advantages of preventing and decreasing Cholestrol in the blood!!. Exceptions are presented by Olive and Flaxeed oils especially the originals(original here means 1st-drilled-oil drops), which have more advantages of improving intellectual functions!. Omegas, the chemical groups, especially Omega-3 take this role of enhancing brain functoins. These substances are highly ingradient in "All nuts especially almonds and peaunt butter, seafoods especially shrimps and (Caporia), and Flaxeed oil more than olive oil''.
Noting that I mention that here as a general health benefit tip that may every one know. But this forum is intended only for physical therapy and human sciences-related issues. Dietetions and nutritionists have the responsibility of the broad knowledge of thus area.
