انا الان في قسم في القصر العيني بغض النظر عن هو ايه بالفعل دمي اتحرق اول يوم في الشهر والسبب في ذلك الناس اللي سمحت لمهنتنا انها تكون في الارض وغيرنا من الاطباء اللي يقول روحوا اسالوا الممرضة تقولكوا حالات ايه محتاجة علاج طبيعي او الممرضة اللي بتقول في قسم الباطنة انتم مش بتشتغلوا حالات الجلطة اهوا فلان وفلان وفلان........................ عندكم اشتغلوها ولا الاكبرالدكتور اللي من طرفنا واللي يقول كويس ان النايب مش موجود و دوروا علي الحالات ا

وكل حالة نصف ساعة كويس circulatory and respiratory exercisesوروحوا اشتغلوها كلها

وكذلك لو في اي حاجة عندهم ممكن يكون لها علاقة بشغلنا ممكن نساعدهم فيها

وبذلك نكون نحن البذرة ل:

OOOOOOOH, Perfect Idea,
if we can build a new subforum of "physician-link","P-PT" or title some what like that and refere to this forum by forum-task-review, and advertise for it on the forums that relate to physicains, and by communications with staff in Kasr or any place like...
I think it make more perfect

but,

I think that the main reason for thus situations is us!!

That we -merely- didn't know-or try to- our role, nurses rule, resident rule, and other physician...

PT rule;

---Senior, to puts programs of PT and apply it on Pt or supervise interns when they applies it and manages interns scientific knowledge and clinical application...

---interns, to obey orders of PT senior only and apply under his supervision...

---consultant, make protocols and programs in coordination with consultant of medical specialty in depart.

nurses, manages depart.-managerial and internal affairs only- and they have no relation at all to technical approaches-medical or PT- but instead obey what ordered by Physician or PT or any specialty if the case need schedule care during day...

resident, to manage-just manage- cases referral, entrance, surgery time and discharge and he have no right at all to make a decision on any of the previous, he just manages it or write it....

other medical staff, share in making decision-by weekly or periodically-agreed round meetings- and give it to residents to manages and apply…

i was very pleased by all your comments that made me more have more desire to do something in this field
i sent to Egy medicine with this idea and they answered by the following:
(we have no proplem about this and we can open a a part for you on our forum that you can put your ideas and any one want to share with you we have no problem as long as it has agood aim but we cant count on your forum as it is a free one and all work can go in a second as these companies has certain limits)

so i want your opinion about this and i want people who can help me in this because we need to be very organized and to think what we can do because we need this project very much

of course you are right the major reason in this is that we didnt do good in our parts first to ask others to do good so we can take the following reasons:
1-Do our best tring to be good P.T.and that we try to do in this forum and in our life
2-to know our rights and our duties
3-to have ethics in dealing ao that we can ask others to do the same(respect your self so that others can respect you)
4-try to make good relations with others and way of good communication and that is what i am talking about
واولا واخرا ان نخلص لله سبحانه وتعالي كي ييسر لنا الامر وناخذ بالاسباب ولا تنسوا الدعاء

i am sorry i forgot to tell you something
i talked to them by the (me) representing physiotherapy and so when they say( you) mean (all P.T). and they mean by (others to share you) the medical people from them
