I'm sorry to comment on that. I'm not sure, but I think that expressives never avoid, instead, they attack first (as a low threshold pack-up) then comply-not avoid- (as a high threshold pack-up). Great difference between avoidance(which mean ''I'm not agree with you, so, do wat you want to do I'm not with you in that'') and compliance(which mean''Well, I'm not agree with you-inherently- but I do what you want to be done kindly and in a good manner)
The Avoidance behavior may be seen in drivers as a 2nd pack-up (because he lean to be decisive and bureaucratic) and as a 1st pack-up for analytical ones (because he lean to be less active if not Logically-agree ! or at least satisfied that there are somebody else to do. About People Behaviors, I think, it's the best classifications for people. Because it's based on Behaviors (reactions) only, without looking for the inherence of people (e.g. morals, intentions..etc.).Thus, the behave based one, I think this is acceptable in our Islam to deal with. I meant by ''best'', the most reliable and predictable value.
Papers of the material will be attached herein, and you can return to Dr.Elzahraa as well.
But simply,
2 dimensions (Ass, Resp) make 4 Cross sections (behavs : Driv, Expr, Anal, Amia). Each cross section has (2 pack up), these 2 pack-ups could demonstrate the whole characters of a particular personality.
1- 2 dimensions: The assertiveness means the most Directive (Goal Oriented) in brief. The Responsiveness means the most emotionally-showing for others and the most aware of others' emotions (People oriented).
Then matching,
Driver is = Most Assertiv + Least Responsiv
Expressive = Most Assertiv + Most Responsiv
Analytical = Least Assertiv + Least Responsiv
Amiable = Least Assertiv + Most Responsiv
2- So, There are 4 people behave-based categories: Driver, Analytical, Expressive and Amiable. Two dimensions (Assertivness and Responsivness) with 4 intersections(Most Assertve + Most Responsiv, Least Assertve + Most Responsiv , Least Assertv + Least responsiv, and Most Assertiv + Least responsiv).
3- The Pack-up is a protective mechanism to preserve someone personality integrity and emotional instability. The Pack-up is a reaction based on the specific character of each behaves. The Pack-up is a threshold (i.e the level at which the..(Specific reaction) will happen). The Pack-up is the situation at which the person becomes most sensitive and reactive since care and patience are mandatory to deal with. Each personality has 2 pack-ups in usual (2 threshold).
Examples, If minor to moderate stress faces the Analytical, he will avoid (doesn’t' agree neither act). If the same stress or different one becomes chronic or bigger, he will turn to his 2nd pack-up which is ''Reacting or Act''or to be ''Autocratic''.
Now, you can read all of that carefully in the material attached, but please read this notes first,
Notes,
1-Practice Observation: you have to observe much more behaves in different situations to understand more.
2- Be Flexible: don' stick everyone to a specific type. In contrast, give each one score from 10 for each type (i.e. somebody is 5/10 drive 7/10 analyt 2/10 expressive, 2/10 amiable)
3- Watch God: I think, this knowledge has a benefit of dealing well with people in different situations. Use it only as a better way for better communication, don' use it to judge and discriminate.

لان الشيطان مخلوق من نار فلا مدخل له على الانسان الا اذا تهابط الى المرتبة الناريه من نفسه وهى مرتبه الشهوة والجوع والغضب والحقد والحسد والغل
وحينئذ يمكن ان يتم التواصل بين الاثنين بحكم المجانسه فيستطيع الشيطان ان يوصل الى الانسان وساوسه
ولكنه يظل معزولا عمن هم في المراتب الروحيه العاليه بحكم عدم المجانسه فلا يستطيع ان يوصل اليهم وساو...سه

لا أتفق معكم فى أنه لا يتواصل كليا" مع أصحاب المراتب الروحيه العاليه
حيث قال ربنا((ليس لك عليهم سلطان))ولم يقل ((ليس لك عليهم تأثير))فهو يؤثر عليهم ويغويهم كغيرهم إن لم يكن أكثر ولكن لا سلطان عليهم
والسلطان يعنى((السيطره الكليه وتمام الخضوع))أما اصحاب الارواح العاليه أو بمعنى أصوب(القلوب المخلصه الشاكره)فلهم تأـثير لحظى عليهم فى صورة الإغواء والنزغ ولكن لا يلبث ان ينتهى بإنتهاء المؤثر ولا يبقى أثرسلبى على الطباع والخصال والقلوب

I believe that Allah want-as Allah describe- to prevent any inconveniences or faults to be done herein in this forum. وحينئذ يمكن ان يتم التواصل بين الاثنين بحكم المجانسه فيستطيع الشيطان ان يوصل الى الانسان وساوسه
ولكنه يظل معزولا عمن هم في المراتب الروحيه العاليه بحكم عدم المجانسه فلا يستطيع ان يوصل اليهم وساو...سه
ولهذا يقول الله تباركـ وتعالى :"إن عبادي ليس لك عليهم سلطان"

لا أتفق معكم فى أنه لا يتواصل كليا" مع أصحاب المراتب الروحيه العاليه
حيث قال ربنا((ليس لك عليهم سلطان))ولم يقل ((ليس لك عليهم تأثير))فهو يؤثر عليهم ويغويهم كغيرهم إن لم يكن أكثر ولكن لا سلطان عليهم
والسلطان يعنى((السيطره الكليه وتمام الخضوع))أما اصحاب الارواح العاليه أو بمعنى أصوب(القلوب المخلصه الشاكره)فلهم تأـثير لحظى عليهم فى صورة الإغواء والنزغ ولكن لا يلبث ان ينتهى بإنتهاء المؤثر ولا يبقى أثرسلبى على الطباع والخصال والقلوب
قال تعالى((إن الذين اتقوا إذا مسهم طائف من الشيطان تذكروا فإذا هم مبصرون))صدق الله العظيم
وخير المعينات على الخلاص من سلطان الشيطان واغواءه الدائم وتأثير فتنه على القلوب والجوارح هو(الاخلاص))قال تعالى:-فوعزتك لأغوينهم أجمعين إلا عبادك منهم المخلصيــــــــــــــن))صدق الله العظيم

جزيتم جميعا" خيرا" على التذكره ولكنى أستشعر
حتى هذه
أى السيطره الكليه وتمام الخضوع لاتحدث
إلا لمن إستنفذ كل فرصه مع ربه وإستنفذ حلمه وأصر وتعدى حدوده
((إبليس ليس له سلطان على أى من العباد أو العبيد أيما
يكن حالهم مع ربهم ومستوى إيمانهم ومدى ذنبهم إلا من سمح له
بذلك وتعدى حدوده مع ربه وأذن للشيطان
التمكين وإتبعه وإستساغ إغواءه وتمادى فيه ورضى بمنأته
وإستنفذ حلم ربه وصبره ووكالته له ((وكل عبد منا مهما
يكن مستوى إيمانه قليل لابد وحتما أ يبعث له ربنا العدل
رسائل موقظه ومذكره))فإن تجاهلها أو لم يستجب لها وقتها
يكله الله لنفسه وهواه
وشيطانها))قال تعالى"نسوا الله فنسيهم "وقال"نسوا الله
فأنساهم أنفسهم"أى نسوا أن أنفسهم ملك ربهم وعبد عنده
وحده ونسوا الأمانه التى وكلوا ونسوا الغيه من خلقهم
فوكلهم الله لأنفسهم وشيطانهم واهواءهم وهنا يظهر
((السلطان)
قال تعالى((أفرأيت من إتخذ إلهه هواه وأضله الله على علم
وختم على سمعه وجعل على بصره غشاوه فمن يهديه من بعد الله))
أعتقد هذا المعنى مذكور فى سورة "سبأ"والله اعلى واعلم
((ولقد صدق عليهم إبليس ظنه فإتبعوه إلا فريقا" من
المؤمنين وما كان له عليهم من سلطان إلا لنعلم من
يؤمن بالآخرة ممن هو منها فى شك وربك على كل شىء حفيظ))سبأ24
وقال ربنا فى سوره أخرى
(( إن عبادى ليس لك عليهم سلطان إلا من إتبعك))
وإتباع الشىء يستوجب لزومه والإصرار عليه(ماديا" أو حسيا
أو كلاهما)والله أعلى واعلم
