I like it,
But I think if thus barriers differentiated into two sub-items; Personnel-related(Gender, culture, race, ethnic, mental...etc..) & Environmentally-related(physical et mechanical)., it will be more applicable
As, we identify barriers -it should be- regarding to their causes (to solve it) not regarding to their sources, or that I think…
I like it,

Yea, When I searching on net, I find it.... the right HemiSphere presented as CoLoReD Garden image and Lt. one as Grey Orgnization,
